BIO:

Let me introduce myself…
Fitness and Health is my lifestyle and a big part of who I am.
But it hasn’t always been that way…
I have spent many days and weeks counting the calories, crying over chocolate brownies (go on then, I will just have one…) and spending weeks starving myself for THAT special event so I can fit into THAT dress.
I have spent hours sweating in the gym (driving home via a takeaway…) Well after an hour walking on the treadmill, I can eat what I like can’t I?
And tried every fad soup, shake, juice, ‘diet’ going (all endorsed by celebs of course!)
I sat down one day and thought… Enough is enough!
Time to take control!
Time to be healthy…
…not skinny, not starving, but healthy!
Time to respect my body and love myself!

VICTORIA'S NEWS

Training with VH is what makes me get out of bed for a session at 6am.

I lost weight and inches through the VH nutrition programme but it quickly came to be about more than the weight/ inch loss.

I’ve become much fitter and much healthier through the group sessions with Victoria as well as through PT. Her motivation and passion keeps me going.

She’s fixed my dodgy knees – she cares about you as a person and your training and nutrition become tailor made – there are no blanket programmes.

I’ve learned not to be a slave to the scales and to appreciate my body as my machine.

Victoria’s training sessions have changed my diet, my health, my fitness and taught me that I can reach for the sky – there is no limit – I can jump …. and I will!!

With Victoria I have learned to find my why … it’s an education with VH not just a programme.

Victoria literally changed my life

I’d always hated exercise thinking everyone was looking at me failing, then getting bored due to lack of results.

VH is so approachable you feel at ease from the first session.

The group sessions are so much fun it’s impossible to get bored or care how you look.

VH also educates about nutrition which is invaluable. You need both to see amazing results – as I can now see quite literally.

After years stuck in the same cycle of dieting (punish) and eating too much (reward), I decided I needed help.  Victoria educated me on a new way to eat.  No calorie counting, no restrictions and no diets.

I then found a love for training and gained confidence to book some sessions.

After having my little boy, I have maintained the healthy eating as it still works with my lifestyle and I have learnt that a quick 20 minutes a few times a week is better than nothing and it makes me feel great.

Victoria has been on my fitness journey to inspire me and educate me in the right way.
