The people of Halifax were jumping out of bed and fighting for spin bikes and with only 11 bikes our classes were filling fast.
To make sure no one missed out on their early morning cardio blast we created Spin Fusion.
This is a blend of spin and a leg based circuit class – squats, intervals, hills, and abdominals
You’ll head to work feeling re-vitalised and ready to face the day!

Work through a series of Iyengar yoga poses to build static strength, open the chest, shoulders and hips and lengthen the spine. An active yoga class that will improve your flexibility, strength and balance whilst burning calories. Please bring your own mat.
